Use Simple Macros inside ChatGPT, Claude and Grok
Connect your account once, then just ask. Your assistant logs meals and checks your numbers in the Simple Macros app for you.

Something look wrong? Tell your assistant, and it can send us a problem report with what happened.
Pick your assistant
- On claude.ai or the Claude app, open Customize, then Connectors.
- Click +, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Simple Macros, paste
https://mcp.simplemacros.com/mcp, and click Add. - Click Connect, log in to Simple Macros, and approve.
Works on Free (one custom connector), Pro and Max. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it under Organization settings, then Connectors, and each member clicks Connect.
Then say: “How many calories do I have left today?”
What it can do
Track meals
Describe what you ate, snap a label, or name a Favorite. It lands on your Track tab like a meal you logged in the app.
Order at restaurants
Meal ideas at a chain that fit what you have left today, an exact order built from the full official menu, and the closest location. Then track it in one step.
Know what is left
Calories and protein left today, your history, streaks and badges, and which nutrients you have been missing.
Weigh-ins and goals
Log a weigh-in, see your trend, and adjust your calorie and protein goals.
Favorites and foods
Search our food catalog, look up a barcode, and save or edit Favorites.
Works where you chat

Privacy
- An assistant only sees your data after you approve it on simplemacros.com.
- Pick Read-only and it can look but never change anything.
- Disconnect any time below. It stops working right away.
- We never receive your conversation. We keep a record of each tool request for 30 days.
