The most impactful swap you can make: Protein Style. Replacing the bun with a lettuce wrap saves 150 to 170 calories with no loss in protein. A Double-Double Protein Style lands around 510 to 550 calories with the same 33 to 41g protein. This is the default ordering strategy for anyone tracking macros at In-N-Out.

The Flying Dutchman (two beef patties, two slices of cheese, no bun, no vegetables) is the pure-protein no-frills option. At 360 to 620 calories with 28 to 35g protein, it's almost entirely beef and cheese. Not a traditional meal, but it works as a macro anchor.

If you want to go bigger, the 3x3 and 4x4 exist on the not-so-secret menu. They scale protein linearly with patties: roughly 12 to 15g protein per patty. A 3x3 can reach 56g protein though calorie counts go up proportionally.
